Whereas Planned Parenthood is the nation’s #1 provider of abortions, killing over 300,000 defenseless children every year; and,

Whereas undercover videos have caught numerous Planned Parenthood officials admitting that they have committed horrific crimes against humanity …including the harvesting of aborted baby body parts and selling them; and,

Whereas Cecile Richards, the head of Planned Parenthood, called it “obscene” for President Trump to propose that Planned Parenthood stop doing abortions in exchange for continued federal funding; and,

Whereas it is unconscionable to provide this brutal immoral organization with a single penny of taxpayer dollars, let alone the $344 million a year Congress currently gives it.

Therefore, I Petition you to APPROVE THE WAIVER allowing Texas to receive Medicaid funding to cover the cost of its state-funded Healthy Texas Women Program without requiring that Planned Parenthood be a part of the program. Thank you for taking this action and protecting U.S. taxpayers like myself from having our tax dollars pay Planned Parenthood abortionists to kill defenseless babies.
